Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds pending verification.
ezph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. ezph processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days.
All transactions on the ezph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ezph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the Player's sole responsibility.
ezph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor to the extent permitted by law.
All Bonuses offered by ezph are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses are credited to your Account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and must be wagered the specified number of times before the Bonus amount or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
ezph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Players, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, ezph reserves the right to void Bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. ezph is not obligated to provide notice prior to Bonus expiry.
All Games available on the ezph platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any Player action or ezph intervention. The rules applicable to each Game are displayed within the Game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a discrepancy between a Game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ezph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. ezph reserves the right to void any wager placed during a technical malfunction or error that affects Game integrity.
Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any Game before placing a wager. ezph does not provide refunds for wagers placed in error or based on a misunderstanding of Game rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ezph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ezph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ezph may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.
ezph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon Account closure for cause, ezph may forfeit any Bonus balances and withhold Funds pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required compliance review.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ezph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending withdrawal or compliance review.
ezph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ezph platform shall first be submitted to ezph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
